Egg Custards have a very easy recipe to follow but are one of the most difficult things to do well. We think we've got ours just right because you tell us all the time.

Fresh local eggs, fresh milk and sugar whisked together and gently poured into a large deep pastry case, a pinch of nutmeg and baked just enough to give a little wobble! Perfect.
